When a fixed price would be a guess

Free 20-minute assessment

Heavy staining, severe pet hair and paint correction all vary far too much for a price set from a form. Tell us about it during booking and you'll be offered a free assessment slot instead. Artis looks at the car with you, and the treatment and price are agreed together afterwards. Nothing is charged for the assessment itself, and the SUV/Van surcharge (€20 and 30 minutes) does not apply: every assessment is 20 minutes plus a 15-minute cleanup, whatever the vehicle size.
